Cashews


Cashews:
Cashews are nuts which are like kidney shape. Cashews are native to coastal areas of northeastern Brazil. Cashews are good in taste when they are roasted.

  • Cashews are rich in iron, zinc, magnesium, selenium, phosphorus, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and protein.
