Amaranth Leaves: 

Amaranth leaves are of many varieties like green, red and bicolored. The leaves are mainly used in curries and in the preparation of soups. The Leaves have many Nutritional benefits of Protein, Carbohydrates, Phosphorus, Vitamins, Folate, Calcium and Iron.


Nutritional benefits of Amaranth:
  • Amaranth leaves are low in Saturated Fat and very low in Cholesterol.
  • Amaranth leaves are also a good source of Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 & B9, Foliate, Omega-3 fatty acids, Niacin, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, Potassium, Sodium, Copper and Manganese because of this it prevents diseases.
