Walnuts:
Walnuts are called as king of Nuts.

Nutritional Values with Walnuts:
  • Walnuts contain B-complex, Vitamin - E , Omega fatty acids, Copper, Zinc, Calcium, Iron and Manganese.
  • Walnuts have essential omega fatty acids (oleic acid, linoleic acid and arachidonic acid) which helps to maintain good cholesterol in body and cardiovascular functions.
