Groundnuts


Groundnuts are high in nutritional values. It is the only nut that grows under the earth. Groundnuts are ready for consumption when the leaves of the Groundnut plant turn yellow. Groundnuts contain more proteins and are well balanced.

Nutritional Values of Groundnuts:
  • Groundnuts contain 13 essential Vitamins + 26 essential mineral traces.
  • Groundnuts are rich in monounsaturated fats. It will fight with diseases and keeps the heart healthy.
