Raisins

Raisins:
Raisins are dried grapes which have many health benefits. Raisins variety is based on the grapes and the color of raisins will be usually black and yellow.

Nutritional values with Raisins:
  • Raisins are dried form of grapes. Seedless grapes are used in making raisins. 
  • Thompson seedless grapes are popular in making raisins.
  • Raisins are a rich source of energy and relieve fatigue because of high levels of glucose and fructose contents.
  • Raisins will cure acidity due to presence of Magnesium and Potassium.
  • Raisins will help to gain weight without cholesterol trace.
  • Raisins cure anemia by helping red blood cell formation due presence of Iron, Copper and Vitamin-C.
