Ginger:

Ginger cultivation started 2000 years before in south Asia and Mediterranean regions.Ginger botanically called as Zingiber officinale. Due to its strong and spicy aroma it cannot be consumed directly it should be consumed mixing with other substance. Ginger contains oleores in which inhibit sharp taste. This oleoresin is extracted and used in verity of medicines.








Nutritional Values with Ginger:
  • Ginger mixed with salt is to be chewed to get hunger.
  • Ginger + lemon juice of 1 spoon will fight against indigestion.
